Woke Up: 6:45 not so bad for today
Alcohol treats: 6; I was a bad girl today 3 ultra's,and 3 glasses of champange
Negative thoughts; several..........bad bad bad I have a plan! I a have a plan!

Had a great evening at home with the hubby, watching TV and drinking champange! Work is a whole other story, but I do have a plan more tomorrow!
