A Bomb Dropped!

Today we got word that our design director is re-signing. She has been here for 6 years, there are only 4 of us, so this is a huge deal! I am over due for my raise which now hopefully at this point is a good thing. I am hoping for a bigger bump due to the fact of more work load. I am also freaking out a little because she is the only master of what we call "idiot speak". For more info read this book "How to work for an idiot" She is the only one who can talk to my boss in her language to get the best for us out if it. Let's face it we are screwed! We will be having a study group twice a week until she leaves on this subject. All I can say is with 8 hotels and 3 people I see a lot of unpaid overtime in my future!
