Hopefully things will go well on Sunday. We have an appointment with a realtor to discuss how this process works and look at some houses. Frankly it is totally freaking me out! Since the home we are in now is the first home we purchased, the whole idea of selling, finding, buying, and moving with-in a 30-60 day period is making me trimble in my new Victoria's Secret panties I just got! Timing is going to be EVERYTHING! I hope this lady knows her stuff and can calm me down! I have been trying to move closer back into the city since I went back to work after my son was born. It is just too hectic trying to get him picked up on time when I have an hour and a half commute each way. I could NOT have done it with all of the help and support I have had from my stepdaughter and husband, but now that she is moved out, it is time to move on, step up and take on the responsibility. (Darn-no more happy hours) I am not so sure my husband is completly on board (he has lived in the country his whole life), but at least he is trying to act excited. He has a hard time feeling too close to another house, but knows it is the best thing for our family right now. Along with finding a home (which we are both extremly picky) we have to sell ours, and in this market hopefully it will go smoothly! I hope to be moved before summer! EEEKKKKK!
